By the power and authority vested in me as the Most Illustrious Commander-in-Chief and Illustrious Deputy for the Orient of Wisconsin, I Sovereign Grand Inspector General Marshall E. Tharpe, 33° do hereby proclaim the 77th Wisconsin Council Deliberation session will convene on Friday, October 23rd, and end on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The official session will begin on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.

You are invited to the 77th Wisconsin Council of Deliberation and 42nd Anniversary of the Wisconsin Grand Assembly. Take advantage of the Early Bird Registration from February 1st-28th at the special rate of $100. Regular/Standard Registration will be $125 from March 1st-August 31st. Late Registration will be from September 1st-25th for $150.00. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH! Please note there will be no onsite registration available. You must complete and submit the online form.

Fraters, Illustrious Sirs, and Loyal Ladies: No checks or money orders. You will be make payment using your Debit/Credit Card on the registration form.

Council of Deliberation Banquet

The 76th Council of Deliberation Banquet will be held Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at (COMMING SOON by July 2026). Please join us as we cap and pin our new class of 32° Fraters. Additional Banquet tickets can be purchased in advance for $35.00 for children and $60.00 for adults.

Hotel Information

77th Council of Deliberation and 42nd Wisconsin Grand Assembly will occur at (HOTEL is being negotiated, will share by July 2026). All reservations must be made no later than September 25, 2026.
